Every project begins with a complimentary design consultation, either in our showroom or online. This is an opportunity to understand your brief, discuss the practical requirements of the space, and explore the design direction.

We then develop an initial concept, supported by 3D visualisations and scaled drawings, giving a clear sense of the proposed design and allowing for an informed conversation around budget.

Once the design is refined and agreed, we prepare detailed drawings and a final quotation. With approval and deposit in place, the project is scheduled for manufacture.

All furniture is made in-house, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality and craftsmanship. Lead times typically range from eight to twelve weeks, depending on scale and complexity.

Delivery and installation can be provided by our experienced team, followed by a full handover, care guidance, and ongoing support to ensure the finished result performs as intended.
