What does Triptych actually do?
We design and manufacture bespoke kitchens, joinery and furniture. Everything we make is custom-built in our Wiltshire workshop, with a focus on precision detailing, material integrity and longevity.
What are the steps of the design process?
Please download our Our Process guide for a step-by-step overview of our design journey, from initial consultation through to manufacture and installation.
Is everything fully bespoke?
Yes. Every project is made to order. We don’t work from a fixed catalogue — instead, we develop each piece around the project brief, space, materials and usage requirements.
That said, we often build on proven construction methods and detailing that we know perform well.
Who do you typically work with?
We work with interior designers, architects, developers and private clients. Many projects are trade-led, but we also take on private commissions where there’s a clear design direction and scope.
Do I need an interior designer or architect to work with you?
Not at all. As long as you have architectural plans, floor plans, or some form of detailed drawings, our specialised team can work directly from those to create your furniture package. While an interior designer can be helpful if you'd like guidance on styling and finishes, they're not a requirement. Our team will use your plans to ensure every piece is specified correctly and tailored to fit your space perfectly.
What materials do you work with?
Primarily timber, metal and stone. We regularly work with solid hardwoods, veneered boards, painted finishes, stainless steel, brass, natural stone and composite surfaces.
Material selection is always project-specific, and we’ll advise on suitability, durability and maintenance.
Where is your furniture made?
All manufacture takes place in our workshop in Bromham, near Chippenham, Wiltshire. This allows us to maintain control over quality, detailing and lead times throughout the build.
How does the process work?
It usually starts with an initial conversation about the brief, budget and timeline. From there we move into design development, technical detailing, manufacture, and finally delivery and installation.
We’ll guide you through each stage and keep communication clear throughout.
Can I visit the workshop?
Visits are by appointment. If you’d like to see work in progress or discuss a project in person, get in touch and we’ll arrange a time.
How long do projects take?
Lead times vary depending on scope, materials and complexity. Once the brief is defined, we’ll provide a realistic production and installation timeline tailored to your project.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes. We coordinate delivery and installation as part of the project, working closely with site teams to ensure everything fits and functions as intended.
Do you offer a trade service?
Yes. We work closely with interior designers, architects and developers and offer a dedicated trade programme with project support and trade pricing.
How do I apply for a trade account?
You can apply via our Trade page. Once we’ve reviewed your details, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm access.
How is pricing structured?
All pricing is bespoke and based on design complexity, materials, finishes and scale. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a detailed quotation.
Do you offer aftercare or warranties?
Yes. We stand behind our work and provide aftercare guidance and support. Warranty terms are outlined as part of your project agreement.
Can you help with care and maintenance?
Absolutely. We’ll provide advice on caring for your furniture and finishes to ensure they age well and perform as intended over time.
How do I start a project?
Get in touch via our contact page and tell us a bit about your project — scope, location, timeline and any drawings or references you have. We’ll take it from there.
